Shipping policy

Please note our production timeline before the order can be shipped:

Ready-to-Wear
Ships within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-Order
Please allow 2–8 weeks for production prior to shipment.

Lead times vary depending on order volume and season. We operate Monday–Friday.

If you need a piece for a specific event or date, we recommend reaching out prior to purchase at orders@tessafay.com. If capacity allows, we’re happy to advise on timing or discuss a rush option.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are unable to assume liability for lost or stolen packages. 

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
